It varies - last time we started with 10% off and finished with 30% off.

I wish they would. Mel it only ever seems to get contained within Nines. No pet stuff to my knowledge has ever been on sale, nor has items in the Item Shop.
IMHO the sales on Miss Bimbo should cover all the areas where you purchase something. Obviously apart from the library, club, surgery, phsyc clinic and Beauty center.
I suppose they could get away with not discounting other purchaseables by saying that they give discount when buying bimbo dollars.
Still though Furinture should be included.
