There is clearly an issue with Nine's and people are not receiving their clothes. I lost money as well, so I understand the frustration. Please be patient and understand that fixing this will take time. I am not sure how and when it will be repaired or if they will be able to offer refunds, but you are welcome to post here about what you lost. Just watch the language lol

I got charged twice for Red FrouFrou skirt which was 299 and a belt which was 200+ i think on I higher level & I bought a jacket that I never got for about 400+. I can't remember how much they were and I can't exactly check but I doubt we'll be refunded anyway.

i had a bug and end up at level 34 .......well i`ve bought an accesory of gold and some chothes and than it wasn`t on my room and i payd for them 50.000 BD i`m not kiding
and i am really really really mad mad mad

I only bought a White FrouFrou skirt that didn't show up. Not a big loss but I wish at least those that have lost a lot of money (or are really poor) could get some refund. neutral

I bought the pink striped necktie. It isn't showing up in my room, but when I tried to buy it again it said I already own that item of clothing.
