Nope!

But make sure your level doesn't require you to be in an apartment for your goal. Otherwise if you leave the apartment, it'll say your goal isn't achieved.

I dont think you get the money back.
You can buy or rent your apartent.
If you are renting the apartmant,of course you cannot sell it

If you own an apartment or home and you sell it, you do get some of the money back for selling it.       The value of the property goes down a little bit each day that you own it. So, the longer you own it, the less you will get back when you sell it!       Hope this helps!   

JoJo, I'd rent the level 2 apartment, the one bedroom.

You could try renting the studio and see if it says "goal achieved".  Post back here if it works, because I'd be surprised.

I am preeetty sure you have to wait until the next game day.
Such as with boyfriends and jobs;
you don't get the initial 'payment' the day you 'get' them; you have to wait until the following day.
