Well Your BD Would Go Down Instantly But You Need To Have A Day Or So Of Having A Flat Then It Should Go Up Everyday.

This is correct, your BA will probably not go up until the second day of having your flat  ^^ So, don't get too worried about it until your game day changes over, and if you still don't receive your BA on the next day, then it is time to be a bit concerned

i cannot go for lipstick and eyeshadow three times each. if i apply only lipstick thrice then i cant do eyeshadow and vice versa. i get a random message that you have already have had this operation. even if i only do lipstick, then only eyeshadow, then again only lipstick, i get the same message when i try to apply eyeshadow or lipstick. please help me. is this problem happening with only me?

There's another way to win 30 ba at the make-up...if u already have make-up on your face, you can click "remove make-up" and then click "confirm". You will receive 30 BA free!!!

No three times between them, not each.  I do eyes twice and lips once or vice versa.
