Right now I'm on level 9, så she's kind of big, is that the problem? Help! :'(

How long until you can level up? If it isn't long, just put up with the unhappiness. Or send her to the Therapist.
If you are going to have to save for a week or two for the plastic surgery, you should probably let her weight drop back down. Then when you have all the other level 9 goals accomplished, feed her 5 to 6 servings of "steak and chips", put on the black lipstick, and level up.
After you level up, send her to the gym to loose weight. When she's back around 127, work on her happiness.
Do not treat unhappiness with food, unless the weight is 127 or below. The food will make her happy, but her being overweight will make her quickly loose any happiness you give her.

Lose the weight until right before you level up, after the surgery. You can do many things to add a few points of happiness now, but as long as she is overweight, she will lose them faster than you can keep up. Good luck!
