Got charged for an item of clothing I already owned

I am at level 14 and have to come up with 200 items of clothing. I've been buying a little here and there but today I noticed that after I spent around $800 BD they were charging me for items I already owned. I own so many pieces of clothing now I can't remember them all. So I have two of the same on several items. Got charged for them and yet they do not count towards another item of clothing. Is this bougus or what? What should I do?? It is a rip off. I either want my money back or for the double items to count as two separate items of clothing. Help please!
