PET GUIDE PLEASE READ BEFORE GETTING A PET

Heya :)

I made this to help people who:
:star: are considering getting a pet
:star: who have a pet but are stuck on a particular aspect
:star: people who think they can help people with their pets

Pls read through before getting a pet to make sure you are fully aware of the responsibilities you will need to take on. Pets needs daily feeding, attention and love- so pls make sure you take care of them.
The dry and wet food cost $20BD each and the small snacks cost $10BD each.
There is a complete price list when you visit the SHOP and click on PETS.

If there is anything else you want to know or need help with, pls post ur queries here as this thread shall be updated daily.

I don't know if you can do this or not but that top part is really small. I can't read it at all.

But this is great, screen prints always help.

Great post! I'm considering myself buying a pet, this black cat just as yours 'cause I think it's the prettiest ^^ But I think I'll save my money for the breast surgery first. -.-

Anyways, I wanted to ask you about this pet leash, I know what it is, but don't understand is it necessary and if I do buy it, how do you use it?

if you buy the pet leash you can then walk your cat or dog. when you walk them they are cleaned aswell which increases their happiness. this is an essential part of the pets upkeep and i dont think you can do the cleaning without them.

The leashes are for the dogs. You do not need it for a cat. If you do buy a dog, you will need a leash so you can take it on walks and it can go potty and clean itself. Another thing not mentioned is you get 100 BA per day for your pet. And if you play with say your cat, your happiness increases along with your pets happiness.

use the the lead from the shop and take it for a walk. You can do that from the My Bimbo page.

question...iam working on getting a yorki...and was wondering how the leash works...is it like the exercise bike...once u use it it can never be sold and works everyday or what....iam just wondering

Also, to those wanting to buy a pet, when you play with your pet, it looses weight. I never play with mine and it's happiness stays at 100% so unless it is overweight there is no need to play with it:)

Thanks for posting all this for everyone! I know I can't afford to take care of a pet... I barely remember to feed my bimbo! Like 7 levels ago I did considered it... thankfully, it quickly pasted... wink

Thanks for the information - now I finally understand how I clean my dog (wish the lead thing worked in real life - my dog hates the bath so much!)
But I was wondering, I've played with my dog a couple of times, and it's said that my happiness has increased, but not my dogs' (and no increase has been recoreded) - is this normal or is there something wrong with the system??

I normally feed mine every other day one bag of the croquettes so that works out at 10BD a day. I also walk my dog every other day so that 30mins every other day.

I haven't found any formal information about this, but I've had a cat for about a month and I've been keeping it at 5 lbs or just over 5 lbs, and it seems to be doing well. smile
