Go to My items and click on use it but be careful!. once you start using it you will not be able to stop. Your bimbo will use the bike automatically everyday to lose wait and some goals ask you to put weight on ....so a bit more hard for you.

I strongly recommend not using it, try to sell it and instead buy a gym card. It´s 300 bimbo dollars but you can use it forever and when you want.

you can only sell the excercise bike if you have never clicked on use item- otherwise it is still in your cupboard and you can click sell item underneath its picture.
