Miss Bimbo.com Forum Guide/rules - PLEASE READ

The guidelines and rules listed below explain what behavior is expected of you and what behavior you can expect from other community members and mods/admin. Note that the following guidelines are not exhaustive, and may not address all manner of offensive behavior. As such, the forum moderators shall have full discretion to address any behavior that they feel is inappropriate. Also, your access to these forums is a “privilege", and not a “right". Blouzar Ltd reserves the right to suspend your access to these forums and/or your account at any time for reasons that include, but are not necessarily limited to, your failure to abide by these guidelines.

We reserve the right to evaluate each incident on a case by case basis. The action we take may be more lenient or more severe than those listed under each category.


What the mods/admin expect from the bimbo community:

We will NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES tolerate any undermining of mods/admins positions. Mods have strict rules to follow, they are volunteers and deserve your respect. Any breaking of this rule will be met severely:  If you are found in violation of this policy, you risk anywhere from a two day ban to a permanent ban.  Each violation in every circumstance will be taken on a case by case basis.

What the bimbo community can expect from us (the admin/mods):
We will moderate from a neutral viewpoint and we will not be influenced by our friends or other bimbos.

Players attacking other players will NOT be tolerated. This includes any posts, signatures or images considered offensive.

Mods will step in by:

1) Asking a player to edit their message.
or
2) A mod will edit a players message and explain why it was edited.
or
3) A mod will close the thread and explain the reason it was closed.

Mods/Admin will not delete messages or threads UNLESS they deem the message is of a nature that is not suitable for Miss Bimbo e.g. threads using unnecessary language, images or subjects.

Mods/Admin will allow the freedom of speech stepping in only when a message or thread is degenerating into personal battles, negative attacks or a violation of the following rules. Mods will step in and edit the message/close the thread and in most cases explain why we took the necessary action. We will also immediately close threads that we feel are started only to provoke players, admin or mods, or are in violation of the following rules.

Guidelines for the forums are posted at the following link and are to be used in conjunction with the Forum Rules.  You will be held responsible for knowing and following these rules, under no circumstances will not knowing the rules be a valid excuse for avoiding punishment.  If you have any questions regarding the rules and guidelines please do not post your questions as this will be a violation of the rules.  Send your questions to one of the moderators or to support. http://www.missbimbo.com/support

FORUM RULES



Only one account. If you and another family member or a friend both have a bimbo, you should tell the moderators to avoid disciplinary action.  If you are found in violation of this policy, you risk the loss of all your accounts and the ability to create further accounts.

No asking for cred, or talking about cred You cannot send a mail to tell a bimbo you voted for her, this is seen as asking for cred and is considered a game cheat.  Nor are you to talk about cred on the forums in any fashion.  If you are found in violation of this policy, you will lose all of your cred for the week and receive a warning and a possible ban.

Spam is forbidden Whether this be via PM (in game mail) or posted on the forums.  Spam is including, but not limited to the following:  Excessively communicating the same phrase, similar phrases, or pure gibberish.  Creating threads for the sole purpose of causing unrest on the forums.  Causing disturbances in forum threads, such as picking fights, making off topic posts that ruin the thread, insulting other posters.  Making non-constructive posts.  Posting chain letters.  Posting the same topics that have already been posted many times over.If you are found in violation of this policy, you will have warnings issued and/or a ban depending upon severity of the action.

Not following the rules as set out in the sticky threads in each forum heading If you have problems locating the rules for each forum in the sticky threads, look to the forum guidelines. If you are found in violation of these policies, it will result in warnings followed a week ban.  Further breaking of these rules will result in two day bans up to permanently removing of an account, depending on severity.

You cannot ask for someone's password, personal email, or other personal information from the other players. Please, if you receive a mail or a message in a thread like that, tell an administrator or moderator immediately. If you are found in violation of this policy, you will lose all access to the game and the ability to create further accounts.

Uncalled-for remarks or insensitive comments/inappropriate subjects e.g. offensive language but used in a non threatening manner.  If you are found in violation of this policy, you will receive three warnings to stop the offensive behavior and then be issued a five day ban.

Unnecessary disrespect/attack towards another player  This includes but is not limited to:  Insultingly refer to other players, employees, or groups of people.  Constant and on going fighting.  Mild insults, ect.  If you are found in violation of this policy, it will result in anywhere from immediate banning to three warnings and a seven day ban depending on severity.

Unsavory pictures, text, or links to other sites in posts/PMs/signatures/or avatars This includes but is not limited to:  Pictures that are obscene or sexual and/or graphic in nature.  Links that lead to sites that have unsavory pictures or language.  Quotes from other players including Mods and Admins unless received permission to use.  Including any other rule breaking offense.  Pictures of yourself if you are under 18. If you are found in violation of these policies, it will result in asking or warning that these links/signatures/pictures be removed and a possible banning, permanent banning or removal of account depending on offense.

Extreme disrespect/attack towards another player  This includes but is not limited to: Promoting racial/ethnic hatred. 
Using recognized racial/ethnic slurs. 
Allude to a symbol of racial/ethnic hatred.
Refering to violence in any capacity directed at players/Mods/Admins. 
Insultingly refer to any aspect of sexual preference pertaining to themselves or other players/Mod/Admins.
Negatively portray major religions or religious figures.
Promote national hatred. 
Using recognized national slurs. 
Allude to symbols of national hatred. 
Obscene or vulgar language.
If a player is found in violation of these policies, it will result in no less than a one month ban and up to a permanent ban and removal of account, depending on severity.  Also may result in possible legal action.

Discussing of  Disciplinary ActionsThis includes but is not limited to: creating posts, threads, or PMs (in game mail) to discuss disciplinary actions taken against a player/s or account. If you are the player whom these actions have been taken, please send your questions to support.  http://www.missbimbo.com/supportIf a player is found in violation of these policies, it will result in an immediate ban in which the length is determined by severity.  Continued violation will result in permanent removing of an account.

Circumventing a Ban or Deletion of Account This includes but is not limited to: Creating another account to post.  Having someone post on your behalf. If a player is found in violation of these policies, it will result in an immediate and permanent ban on the IP address as well as possibly contacting the service provider and legal action depending on severity.

Spammer, non player, advertiser, someone with ulterior motives. This includes but is not limited to posting pornographic material, sexual material, or advertisements.  If you as players see a violation that falls under this category, please immediately report it to a Moderator and/or Carrie.  http://www.missbimbo.com/support If a player is found in violation of these policies, it will be reported to Carrie and she will ban for 6 months immediately. Carrie/admin will also immediately delete the account and take the relevant action whether legal or otherwise.

Other related forum Rules and Regulations :

Postings about 'sensitive' topics ( e.g. eating disorders/emotional illnesses/sexual issues etc):
Mods will strive to do their best to make sure that the best advice is given e.g. recommend players see a doctor or advise them to look at ’specific’ websites.

Mods will close a thread if it is becoming overly graphic.

Ask Carrie/mod in charge of section for further advice.

We also ask that you do not share the 100th day surprise.  Any violation of this will result in an immediate editing of the post and a warning issued.

Rude/Offensive user names and signatures:

Mods will change names and sigs immediately and without warning and write to explain why they have done so.


*Repeated violation of any of these rules will result in a permanent ban, and account deletion.
*These rules are not language restrictive. Violation in any language whether English or other will result in the punishments deemed necessary by the Admins or Moderation team.
*Posting on the forums and/or playing the game means that you agree to these conditions.
