Hello
As requested next week we will have a Q and A session for the admin. We will be on line in the thread for a few hours from 2pm GMT (just after dinner has settled).
We know some of you have alot of concerns about bimboland and rightly so. We are happy you have concerns and that you care about the site/community. Thats a good start. We will do our best to answer them.
So roll up and fire away with your questions.
A few requests:
a) Please don't ask the same questions that another bimbo has aksed (we will ask mods to delete posts that just repeat a previous question)
b) If you would like to ask difficult questions (as I am sure some of you do!) please do so in a mature manner ie keep it clean and above board
c) Please don't ask all the questions to me! Lets give Nico and Carrie some stick for a change (sorry Nico and carrie)
d) Please keep it to a maximum of 3 questions each or else we will not get home that day.
Oh - We will give 30 000 bimbo dollars to the best questions. (ie we will each choose our favourite question)
See you next Monday

thanks, hope you dont get slaughtered

Dear Nico, Chris, Carrie, and Joey,
1) What are the long-term goals for this website?
Hello - the blue text is mine! (Chris)
Well I am not sure its best business practice but our long term goals are a little 'vague'. By that I mean we tend to focus on the short term backed up with an idea that we want to make Miss Bimbo the coolest fashion site on the web.
Ap place where people can escape from their jobs, school or wherever to enjoy buying clothes, getting involved in contests, chating in the forums etc etc. Basically we want to make people feel good when they log in. feel good that they are going to a site that is 'hot' in terms of the fashions, the other people, the atmos.
2) Will you ever consider an immersive-advertising approach to the games on the site, as an effort to create a higher level of "stickiness" for the game players? If not, why?
Yes we are always thinking of ideas to make Miss Bimbo cooler, better and more playable. Its difficult because we have to do it within the constraints of our budget and so sometimes we would love to do things that blatantly arent posssible with the manpower we have. Maybe one day we will have a bottomless pit of resources both financial and human! That would be nice.
3) Because Blouzar, LTDs website is available to players in the United States, are you bound by the USA's COPPA laws to protect players under the age of 13?
I don't think we are bound by the COPPA law because we are based in the UK. However we respect it and know that we have alot of US players so as such we want to comply with it. We comply with the COPPA law in many areas where actually we don't need to if we look at it from a leagl perspective about where we are based. For example the fact that Bimbos under 13 cannot write in forum or recieve personal messages is us complying to the COPPA law. We decidede tto incorporate this law ourselves when for example the French site (following European law) do not comply with COPPA and as such has alot more players aged 12 and 13.
Thank you, and I sincerely hope that MissBimbo grows into a world-class gaming site.
Viva la Bimbo!
Yes thanks very much - me too!

Hi Chris. Thanks for this thread - I was one of the people who suggested a Q&A session, and I'm really pleased that you've decided to do one.
My question is:
When people spend real money to buy Bimbo Dollars, does all of that money go towards the running costs of Miss Bimbo, or is some of the money used to help finance other projects that the Miss Bimbo team are involved in? If you feel you can share, how much does it cost to keep Miss Bimbo running? (I know you may prefer not to make that public, so you don't have to answer the second question.)
Nico:
A small percentage of missbimbo money go in a new project but missbimbo still by far away the priority of the company.
To keep Miss Bimbo running 4.5 peoples working as full time job for missbimbo.
Hello. Yes to clear up a few things with regards to Blouzar ltd. As you know we operate Miss Bimbo. We are happy that Miss Bimbo seems to be growing and seems to have a cool core user base of bimbos. Viva la bimbo. We hope that Miss Bimbo will last forever and that we can see some of you bimbos posting and competing when you are 90 years old. However we are a private company and it would be foolish of us to put all our eggs in one basket. Its no secret that we have wanted to develop a boys game and we are doing so. This does not mean we are not concentrating on Miss BImbo. I spend 95% of my time on Miss Bimbo and 5% on the new game. The truth is that we dont know how long Miss Bimbo will last for? We have to plan for the future and so we are developing a new game. We are using a small percentage of the revenue raised in Miss Bimbo to achieve this new aim.
We have visions of combining the 2 games and having comps between the 2 sites etc We also have ideas about making a game for music that could fit in with Miss Bimbo down the line. Of course that is nothing more than a seed in our heads but we have to think long term.
As regards to money from Blouzar ltd going on any projects outside of Blouzar? No only Blouzar projects.
That's it for now - I may edit later if I think of more things I'd like to ask!
Edit: Right, I thought of my other thing!
What do each of you like best about Miss Bimbo?
I like the nice messages I receive that are from bimbos who don't give me an ear bashing!
Carrie: I like the fashion elements of miss bimbo and changing the hair and makeup
That's me done.

I've been noticing that either the bimbo's shoes are on the wrong feet, or her feet are on wrong. What's up with that?
Can someone else answer that? I have not noticed anyones feet being on the wrong way.

Dear Admins
1) When exactly will we be synched with the French site?
Nico:
We are going to make a big annoucement about that very soon, i can't tell exactly what's going on yet, just you're going to be surprised
Yes things are looking exciting in this area. It is such a relief I can tell you as it has been hanging over our heads for a long long time
2) When someone buys BD, where does the money go to? Blighty or MB?
Ok I can see I need to clarify a few things here because clearly there have been some rumours or Chinese whispers flying around. I will have to go back right to the start. After I graduated from university (2000) I went off to teach English in Japan. I came back 3 years later and worked in London. I didn't really enjoy the corporate lifestyle and so with a few friends started some business' from home. Some went well - others failed. I started Blighty recruitment (recruiting English teachers) and Blighty Creations (marketing products of up and coming artists).
In about March 2007 a French man called Nico moved into the same house as me in London. He said 'bonjour mon ami ca va?' and I became friends with him. I asked 'what do you do?' and he told me his story about how he started a French website called ma bimbo. At that time there was no Miss Bimbo and I looked at this site as Nicos 'work' but that is it. I had no idea about the game or what was inside the site. I had no idea what he was doing up in his room all day on that computer of his.
At that time I was working on my own business'. Then later Nico was trying to find an English partner and I saw him having some troubles in this area. Slowly I started to help him at home and one thing lead to another. I started to understand the game and realised 'hang on - this is a bloody cool website!'. Slowly I started to do more and more until we finally decided to start Blouzar together this year. By the way Blouzar is a cross between Nicos company Ouza and Blighty. Hence Blouzar.
So whilst Blighty still exists my main priority is Blouzar. They are separate entities and all Miss Bimbo money goes to Blouzar.
3) What topics are available to discuss in MB since you recently said in the forum guide that anything that is from the real world or another website is not permitted.?
Sorry I meant we are trying to stop people bringing in arguments from outside sites and bringing in fights from other areas of their lives. Thats it. Look we want Miss Bimbo to be a cool website that is 'hot' in every way eg the fashion, the forum debates, everything. I think we have gone a little bit overboard on the censorship issues and the concerns about topics. Nobody likes a place that is dead and boring and so of course we encourage all manner of interesting debate!

Chris why dont you answer pms, or do you only answer those from certain bimbos ?
(I pm'd you days ago and am still waiting for a reply)
I am really sorry if I don't reply to your pms. I read them all but honestly there is no way I can reply to all of them because I will never leave the office if I do.
Sometimes people ask me about support/bank issues but they are for Carrie as she loves all ofyour questions so please ask her!
Why do the larger amounts of money spent on the site ie. $20 &$10 go to blighty collectables and smaller amounts $1 &$3 go to blouzar?
This is completey wrong. About 2 months ago we had a problem whereby paypal stopped us using our paypal account (Blouzars) until we had given them some information. So as an emergency we used my 'Blighty' paypal account instead for a few weeks. When we had sorted the problem with Paypal then we changed it back and transfered the money over.

Hello:
My questions are about the game. I try to help other bimbos but there are questions without answer so...here you go:
- For our bimbo the healthy weight is 127 lbs, Which one is for a pet?
Carrie:If you check out this link in the forum some helpful members have explained everything you could ever need to know about your pet, feeding it and making it happy:
http://www4.missbimbo.com/forum/t26458,1-pet-info.htm
- When do you get the severance pay from quitting a job and when not?
You always hget severance pay when you quit.
- Are spanish (or other laguages) sites of miss bimbo in construction or will be in a near future?
anouncement coming soon but we may see some other versions coming this year. Our priority will always be with the English version.
Thanks for this Q&A session.

Dear Admins,
I, as well as many other Bimbos I have talked to, am Irish. I have found, to my disappointment, that it is not possible for me to buy Bimbo dollars via SMS, which for various reasons would be the most convenient for me.
My questions are as follows:
1) What is the criteria by which you choose the countries in the SMS and phone list?
We dont have any choice. We use a third party company called allopass. We badger them to 'open up such and such' a country but really we rely on them. So please badger them! Actually I think Ireland is coming soon - Nico??!
2) Would it be possible to add the Republic of Ireland to this list? (I specify the Republic as I presume Northern Ireland is included in the United Kingdom. If not, excuse me.)
Nico?!
Nico:
This is a scoop from Allopass but it is not official so it could be changed!
The phone for Uk will be available in one week.
Ireland Text and Phone will be available on thursday!
Chili, Uruguay and Brazil around september...
Thank you for your time! You do a great job!
stargirl93
Carrie: I have contacted allopass about adding new countries to the flag list. They replied: Other countries are not yet available, because we haven't reached the necessary commercial agreements with phone carriers in these countries.
Hopefully, we'll be able to provide our service to these countries in the nearest future.
If you want to suggest your countries flag you can contact allopass.

Hi!
1) How many levels do you think that this will go up to.
We have talked about the levels and we have some more levels coming soon. Theoretically the game could last forever but also it might be cool to have a final level. We want to introduce some 'reall life' present or element to bimbos that have lived for 2 years or won 10000000 challenges. That type of thing. Watch this space. I
2) will you make a male version of the game or some oter sort like Miss Clever hehe
Working on that too
Thats it , not very creatiive question but oh well lol.

1) What are you planning for the site once we are synced up and the bugs are fixed?
Carrie: There will be some great updates coming soon
When these are implemented and the bugs/glitches are sorted we will start looking at new ideas and suggestions for the site
2) Was the Lil Hooligans game the male bimbo game that had been mentioned before?
The boys game has been discussed but the title and other details have not been finalised yet

1. Why can't you do a clean up of member clean up like members that have registered years ago and have never re logged on? I see tons of these, I am sure the sites count would be way less if there was a data cleanup of members that don't even play.
Difficult as we dont want to delete someones account unneccessarily.
2. Why is miss bimbo affiliated with blighty collectibles? on their page there is nasty naked pictures and lady parts plates, I thought miss bimbo was supposed to be safe for the younger players, I guess not.
I have explained this above. Frankly they are completely separate business and I see no reason why you should mention the two together as my other business are not mentioned on Miss Bimbo at all.
3. Why are threads being closed when it is a controversial topic? do we not have freedom of speech? why are we being censored if we are not using foul language?
I agree - no one likes censorship and so hopefully now with written clear rules for everyone to follow we will not see any form of censorship except when it is absolutely necessary (ie legally).

I have heard of quite a few thread closings due to "innuendos." How are appropriate or inappropriate innuendos defined?
Kids today are bombarded by innuendos on a daily basis through even the most childish of media. If a child sits down to watch Shrek, Spongebob Squarepants, or even a Disney film they get a healthy (or perhaps unhealthy) dose of innuendos. All of these medias are PG level or below, so how does that affect us as a seemingly more PG-13 community?
For me this is another issue that will sort itself out. Yes noone likes censorship to the point where a place is boring. Innuendos and funny quips are a part of life and should be encouraged.Everone likes witty clever humour. However its a fine line and an innuendo gone wrong can offend. I ask you to give the mods time to get the balance correct!

Chris - What is the worst question anyone could ask you?
Clare - the hardest thing anyone could ask me is:
'would you like me to send a present through to the Bimbo HQ to say thanks and to wish you guys well?'
Chris - What would be your answer to that question?
Clare - The answer would be:
'yes please the address is Blouzar ltd, studo 4.5, the chocolate factory 2, 4 Coburg road, London N22 6UJ'
and pop in for a cup of tea if you are around
I would like Bimbos to have a larger variety of clothes, games, hair styles, areas in city...etc
I would like the site to be more interactive. Maybe do something with the challenges- so you actually play each other or something?
Some way of organising the clothes in your wardrobe and outfits saved?
Mainly get Miss Bimbo updated to be better than Ma Bimbo and have new design.
I get so many amazing ideas from people everyday but I think the important thing is to get the site running smoothly and get it updated- we are working hard to achieve this soon.
Offline
1.Is there any plans to change the way challenges are judged? Say by making the clothing pieces so that if the are paired up with other clothing pieces there is a certain amount of points added to your score. Or placing clothes in groups and let certain combinations of groups give us bonus points ex. If you have a combination of 2 items from group 1 , 3 from group 2 and 1 from group five you get x number bonus points. (of course the groups and combinations won't be told to us)
Nico:
We are thinking how to change the challenge to a fairer way and more about fashion than now.
2.Why don't you guys take part in conversation on the forum. Don't you ever read anything and have an insuppressible urge to leave a comment?
Nico:
I read the forum, I don't get invoiled too much because it takes a long time to reply on the forum and i have to focus on some others part. But Carrie is here to manage the forum with the mods.
Carrie:I spend most of my time answering support emails, mod questions or suggestions and scan reading the forums for any rudies. I do get tempted to answer or comment sometimes but I have too much to do to really get into the debates
I love reading different opinions and topics though
Whenever I get involved in the forum all hell breaks lose so I think its better I stay away dont you?
3.Is this site owned by one specific person or is there more than one "owner". If there's more than on, do you have equal stakes or does someone own the majority of the site.
In other words, who has the final say?
Nico:
There's one and only one owner who is Blouzar Ltd.
No only Blouzar. Nico and I own Blouzar.
I know I'm not allowed to ask anything more so you don't have to answer, but: What's the highest level each of you have reached with the French Kissing game?
Nico:
Level 10
Carrie:I am rubbish in this game
Level 4. Its no surprise that the Frenchman is the best at the French kissing game!

Hey guy's I thought I'd do a question for all of you
1) Chris - During difficult times on the forum do you ever want to give up and leave the bimbo's to get on with it?
Err - yes. Sometimes I feel like a policeman amongst 750 000 screaming bimbos. However I like Winston Churchills comment:
'peace is not the absence of war its the existence of justice'
So yes its necessary to have some form of organisation even if this means I will get my behind kicked by half of bimboland!
2) Carrie - Around how many support messages do you recieve a day and how quickly do you estimate on answering a message from the time it has been recieved?
Carrie: I get about 50 - 60 support messages over the topics in support a day. Plus I get lots in my inbox. I try and clear as many as I can. I am also helping the mods questions and updates in admin and logging all bugs for Nico. I then try and scan read the forums to delete any rude comments- I play through the levels to test out 'bugs' and see if all areas are working. At the beginning of the week support replies are a bit slow- I don't work weekends so I have a backlog from fri night, sat and sunday. But during the week I clear most emails in the same day. It doesn't make it easy when people send more than one email- it just takes longer.
3) Nico - Which has been the most difficult bug to rectify and how do you plan on improving the overall workings of the game?
Nico:
The most difficult bugs are the ones that i don't have on my computer, because before fix them i have to see them.
Also if you can, are you all glad you took the job ?
No I curse the day Nico walked into the house and said 'Bonjour ca va?, je suis un bimbo....'
Nico:
I love my job
Carrie: It's all good
Thankyou all for your time

At times, it seems as if there are many many things going on at once, i.e. new contests, syncing the english/french sites, forum drama, bugs in the game etc. Wouldn't it make sense to have certain people be in charge of only certain things so that each thing could acctually be settled in a timely manner instead of it all seeming so frazzled and disorganized?
I am sorry it seems so disorganised. We all have roles and there is a semblence or organisation here at the HQ. That said sometimes we have emergencies that throw us into 'unorganised' mode. At that time I agree it looks unorganised - mainly because it is unorganised. Its something we are working on!
For all: Do you ever play Miss Bimbo yourself, other than testing to see if a bug has been repaired?
Nico:
I play less than i used to, i'm not playing after Bimbo Attitude but i enjoy some challenges sometime.
How do you feel about all of the uproar that has been on the forums lately? Are you afraid of what may happen if the media were to find out about some of the drama of late?
Afraid of the media? I have soon realised that the media will write whatever they want to write so there is no point in being afriad of them! If we were afraid of the media we certainly wouldnt be working for Blouzar or on Miss Bimbo. The media do some good but I have seen how they can twist half truths and almost make a completely different story appear so it is not wise to have too much fear of the media. Its more important to be straight with the people you deal with daily than to worry about the media I think.
I am more afraid of bimbos than the media!
J: In my personal opinion I don't think the mainstream media would find it news worthy. These dramas happen online all the time.
my $.02: I think that you are all human and therefore have made good and bad decisions about the game. All that we ask as players is to be able to play the game fairly, have fun and that you do your best for the good of everyone who plays.
I hope we meet your expectations

1. Is there is a possibility to set up an option that when selected by the player could automatically accept all challenges sent for zero BD?
Nico:
Why not, i'll note that in the todo list.
2. In reference to the male version of this game; will the female and male ‘bimbos’ eventually be combined? (e.g. husbands/boyfriends/etc. now playing the Miss Bimbo game still be able to chat in rooms with their significant other and challenge each other)
Nico:
Not at the start in the future maybe...
yes thats our thinking. It would be cool to have the male/female games competing or mixing.
3. I know you’ve had the ‘when’ question but I would be curious to know what is the actual process of bringing the French site inline with the UK site? (This might explain better why the time lines keep getting moved out.)
Nico:
Sorry you will know everything about that soon but we can't speak about that now.
Thanks for all admins and mods!

Chris, how do you deal with 1000's of whining bimbo's on a daily basis?
I don't know! Its not easy sometimes. I am not married but I have heard that having a demandng wife can be tricky. Well after having 750 000 demanding bimbos I feel married life will be a breeze!

This can be answered by anyone: Chris, Carrie, or Nico.
1. I know there has been some controversy about the female body section of the forum. I think it's good to have a place where girls can ask questions, but I also want them to be safe. Have you guys established a clear idea of what's appropriate and not appropriate for this section? Could you maybe post a sticky with some rules about it?
Our new mods are onto this. I hope you have seen improvements and we are also thinking of changing the name of the forum
2. Do you think that safety for younger players is an issue on this website? And if so what are your ideas about how to keep them safe?
yes of course safety is an issue. Our benchmark at all times are our youngest users. In this case for
a) viewing material in the game - this is all ages
b) for actually communicating (via pm and forum) this is aged 13.
So any decision we make is with this in mind. We must make sure that we take care of our players in every way we can. Thats why all players must know that if we are aware of anything suspicious we will immediately check private personal messages and peoples accounts before taking the appropriate action.
Furthermore we will also do our best to make sure new players whom post or contribute are protected by a good well rounded supportive team of mods.
If all the mods and our friendly community of bimbos unite we are sure that this site can be one of the most protective and safe environments on the internet whilst also being a cool fun place to be. No doubt about it.
3. I think we can all agree that the players here care about the game and the people in it. So my third question is this: what can we, as the players, do to make this site better? What can we do for the admins, the mods, the game itself, and each other?
Lovely question. You can continue to participate in the forums and create fun intereting topics. You can continue to support the mods knowing they are human and make mistakes. You can continue to welcome new players to the site making them feel welcome and warm. You can continue to monitor the site and report any untoward activity. You can also not give me an ear bashing and only write nice friendly messages instead!
Nico:
And in case of a bug you can give us the as informations as possible to help us to fix it.
Thanks for the Q and A Session!

1. Are there plans to integrate advertisements into the site similarly to Ma-Bimbo?
Nico:
Yes it's possible but not at the moment, i personnaly don't like advertises on website i think that pollute the site.
2. If yes, can those be turned off for "Paying" customers that have bought BD?
Nico:
Don't need to turn off if there are no advertises.

1 )Will you implement the option for players to select their Bimbo's ethnicity? (Asian, Black, White, Middle Eastern, etc.)

2) My second question I've sent in a PM to you.
Offline

Can we please make this site an 18/16 and over site?
Carrie: we have started a grown-up areas and some threads for younger bimbos. There are no plans for an age limit yet.
These are my feelings on the issue. I am against segregation. The reason I am against it is that Miss Bimbo to me is great because bimbos are not ageist. Miss Bimbo is an ageism free zone. A bimbo is not defined by age. Bimbos can be any age and I love the way we have people of all ages mixing here together. Where else can you find that? Myspace is for teenagers, facebook is for professionals but Miss Bimbo is for girls, ladies and women. Its for daughters, mothers and Grand mothers. I fear that having a over 18s section only segragates a wonderful community.
