I thought it would be a certificate that I passed the 100th day and it would give some BA.

Maybe at the 200th day.

If it would be a top and then there printed on 100th then everyone would know that this is the gift. And clothes that you can't wear are so useful like if you'd buy a can for a dog when you haven't a dog. So senceles.

It's my 102nd day today and I didn't get a PM yet so I sent a message to the support.

my 100th day came and went and i still got no present. i contcted the team via support, but got no answer..any ideas anyone? im pretty eager to get the present

the admin who answers support has been on vacation, that's why they're not "on the ball" right now. there are thousands of bimbos sending in support tickets daily, so she has a lot to go through.
