looking after a pet is hard enough, besides having children on the game would make it a bit serious... might even bring on a new onslaught from protesters

It's no different to young kids playing the sims, and getting them to "woohoo" in bed IMO.

no please...this is supposed to be a game for young girls, they shouldn't think that pregnancy is normal in their age.

Yeah,i think it could be fun!I think it should be and option rather than a goal, coz, like some other people have said, people wouldn't play the game!

Slang. A woman regarded as vacuous or as having an exaggerated interest in her sexual appeal.
I think that says it all really.

No...Bimbos are way too self-centered. Once you have a baby, it all becomes the child not you.
And, I am not changing diapers. Gross...
And the spit-up...Ugh....
And getting up in the middle of the night. No way...
And I would have to find a babysitter if I want to go out all night. And the sitters cost money and they only work until midnight....
And who is going to pay for all the diapers, food, clothing, day care.....
And, my boyfriend will find someone else...
And, I will get fat!!
Nope. Not a good idea.

maybe we should have more 'boyfriends'...I think my bimbo should be able to choose one that she likes the most
what do you think?

I think just like the pets it should be something of a choice. I personally would love that option! It would be nice to have a fashionista kid to go along with my bimbo. I only issue I see (or maybe I am thinking about it to much) would there be school? Different foods? Goals? Special clothes as they progress?
Sorry....I love detail

I think that would be fabulous. Maybe have one of the goals later to marry one of the guys, and then later you could choose whether you want to get preggers or not. *nods*

I like the idea of little bimbo children it could be fun, but I think that if it happens, as said their should be a choice if people want to have kids or not, because it could be very annoying to people.

It woud be aces!!

I find this about as appealing as baby high heels, personally. (In that, I am with others in wondering why people would want babies in THIS game when others already offer it? Especially with this being missbimbo and all.)
Though, to make it fair, if it was made an option, at some point there would be a "your boyfriend may be the one. Do you want to settle with him (marriage would be here) and have a family (or not) or go on your own path?" Attitude points for choosing whichever option is best for you. Really, any option you make that you feel is right for you would be empowering. (and by "you" I mean "your bimbo")
For the suggestion that women who have children get intelligence from learning to take care of children, those who DON'T have children could get it from their extra free time being used for studying. Makes it fair to everyone.
But then to make to fair, for every goal a "mother" has that would gain BA etc, would have to have an equivalent for those who chose not to have children.
I personally think a dance section would be better. Give us some belly dancing clothes, or some latin dance clothes! Choices for dance classes in these, if they don't give you BA I don't know what will!

It's called tone. The Sims is a game that is, at it's heart, entirely ABOUT raising families. And while there actually HAS been media controversy over the act of "woohoo" in the game, it generally hasn't been that big of a deal because you can't argue that child-rearing fits within the tone of the game.
This game that we all enjoy, however, is not about raising a family. Why would you want to change the tone of the game to something that so goes against what it's about? Once your Bimbo has a baby, if you consider all things equal, she probably wouldn't have time to do all the things she likes to do now- it would put forth a model of sub-adequate parenting. Bimbos having babies comes off to me as equating children to status symbols. Even if she did have the time- say, hiring a sitter or something. What would be the function of these babies? Or of the pregnancy? How much value could it REALLY add to the game, that it would be worth the change of tone?
And finally- what do you think it says about the general consensus there seems to be these days that it's perfectly okay to just go out, get pregnant, have a kid and pawn it off on someone else to take care of? All over my neighborhood I see very young girls conceiving children. Most of the time her parents wind up caring for the baby. Not to mention the government. Pregnancy, childbirth, and children are a massive set of responsibilities. Can't we be happy with the puppies and kittens? They're responsibility enough for our bimbos.
And before I get the cries of "omg its a game! lighten up" I get that. I really do. But not every game can encompass every aspect of life. This game is about single chicks, not babies. I think it should stay that way.
I agree.

This is forever my face at anything like that for babies/small children.

My bimbo isnt single & does that mean its ok to pawn pets of on someone else r leave them hme alone? IT IS A GAME NOT REAL!!!!

I agree that this game is not about having families. I play the Sims, also. That is a game about families. Bimbos are single, getting and dumping boyfriends, etc. This game itself is about being very superficial, but I enjoy it! Not too family oriented. I vote no on the baby thing. But hey, if people want it so badly, let there be a choice like having a pet along with the added cost and responsibilty of having one. Like having to pay BD for a babysitter while going to work or training for a job, going to the library, going to the club, going to the gym, etc.... after leaving the baby so much with a babysitter, hopefully there wouldn't be a penalty in the game for neglecting the poor child.
